Our industrial automation team is committed to bringing our customers the highest quality equipment, service, and support available in southern Oregon. With more than 65 years of combined experience, our highly qualified electricians provide design, build, installation, calibration, and training services to meet your unique requirements. We work in all types of applications, including Food and Drug Processing, Water and Wastewater, Printing, Manufacturing and many others.
Design
Our design services are absolutely top notch. Our experienced team includes a licensed professional control systems engineer, supervising electricians, estimators, and project managers. We have the capability to design everything you need, from a small telemetry system to an entire production facility. Working together with our in-house CAD department, we can also provide full documentation for you throughout the design and build processes—including updated drawings and Operation and Maintenance manuals.
Build
Once your custom process control system is designed, either by us or by a third party, we can begin to assemble the individual components and build the system. We specialize in systems integration and work with our suppliers and vendors to bring you the finest end product possible.
We have a complete panel shop where we build and label your custom control cabinet(s) with an ETL listing that is equivalent to UL 508A and conforms to the OSHA requirements for a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). During the building process, the final product is checked and tested to verify that it operates as it should. We require that all our products are factory tested and documented before leaving our assembly facility.
Installation
Our installation services are second to none. We employ more than 50 state-licensed journeyman electricians, making Pacific Electrical Contractors the largest electrical contractor in southern Oregon. With so many qualified electricians on staff, along with a pool of more than 300 non-employee electricians to call upon, there is no job too large for us to complete within your required timeframe. We pride ourselves on the excellence of our workmanship.
